André Almeida: “If we continue like this we can do beautiful things”

The Portuguese talks about the win against Real Betis

André Almeida was on song against Real Betis, scoring for Valencia CF in a comprehensive victory. He spoke to VCF Media after the final whistle.

Scoring from a free kick
It's my first goal from a free kick. I had only scored them in training. I was confident and I'm very happy about the goal.

Returning to winning ways
We really wanted this victory. We hadn't won for a long time, but we had been playing very well. We deserved the victory for us and for our fans.

The way to go
We dominated the match and the 90 minutes were ours. If we continue like this we can do beautiful things.

Mestalla
The fans are very important, they are the 12th man and they always help us to give something more. This victory is for them.

A boost in morale
Winning is very important. We have had games that we have not been able to win due to details. Now we have to rest and think about what's to come.
